TOBAGO NOW TOURISM SERVICES (TNTS) is the broker between hotel – villa – guest house or resorts on the one side and the clients on the other side.

Reservations can be taken by TNTS written (fax/email) or oral (telephone). TNTS will confirm the acceptance of the reservation with a reservation confirmation. The client has to confirm any new proposal in writing. (fax/email)

The charge is resulting from the rates on the web page at the time contract was made. TNTS has the right to correct the charge, if the previous calculation was incorrect.

TNTS guaranties the service advertised on the web page and the connected reservation confirmation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• 25 % upon reservation
• Balance 30 days prior to arrival
• All payments must be made via wire transfer

VILLAS

• 25% upon reservation (not refundable)
• Balance 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas/New Years 90 days prior to arrival)
• All payments must be made via wire transfer
• Security deposit: 500 USD per villa refundable 7 days after departure

CANCELLATION CHARGES

The client is allowed to cancel at any time. The following cancellation charges will be applied:

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 USD
• 30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 40 % of total amount
• 14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 50 % of total amount
• 6 – 0 days (no show) prior to arrival: 100% of total amount

VILLAS

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of total amount
• 30 – 0 days (no show): 100 % of total amount

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR APARTMENTS/HOTELS/VILLAS

Minimum booking requirement of 6 nights

CANCELLATION BY TNTS: In a case of force majeure, political unrest, etc. TNTS reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, clients are entitled to a refund of the total amount paid. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
